    • Hey, do you still have this ROM installed on your tablet? This slowness problem when opening applications and to boot is the only problem you are having with this ROM, right? I’m asking this because I’m thinking about installing it on the tablet as well. I think that to solve this problem you need to disable the background applications in the Developer Settings menu. Also blocking applications that start with the system should help. Slowness was already to be expected in this tablet because it is running an 2014/15 system on a tablet with single core processor with half a gigabyte of RAM. So that’s it, I’m waiting for reply, bye.

  5. 2018-august this small device still running, but it could not keep up with OS actually. So I said give this a go or it is useless anyway. It was somewhat confusing over what external card really means, is it external card you plug in yourself or internal card, as it was complaining that I am not doing something right in that direction. Also I could not manage to backup IMEI… (none of the above worked) so I just kept repeating steps and… it worked. I could not manage to install anything more than pico version of Gapps but who cares. Battery got up in temperature by a few degrees, that is all that I have noticed. Generally it works better. Got me phone back. Why am I not buying a new one with I do not know how more advanced options? Because I am not sure if it would stay for 8 long years with me. btw I do have another one, S8+, and could not care less about that one to be honest. For some reason PT 1000 is still just perfect.
