  • Enable Unknown Sources option from settings.

How to Root OnePlus 6 without PC

Method 1: SuperSU

Steps to Root OnePlus 6:

Step 1: Download SuperSU.zip.

Note: Do not extract the downloaded zip file.

Step 2: Copy this zip file on your mobile internal storage.

Note: Or you can directly download the zip file on your mobile.

Step 3: Power off OnePlus 6 and boot it into TWRP recovery mode.

Step 4: For that, press and hold Volume up + Power button simultaneously until TWRP mode appears. Leave both the keys now.

Note: If you are not able to boot into recovery, use Reboot Recovery app from Google Play Store.

Step 5: As soon as you boot into TWRP, click on the Install option from main menu.

All the files present on your mobile storage will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Navigate to the SuperSU.zip file which you’ve copied earlier and select it.

Step 7: On the next screen, swipe in right direction to start OnePlus 6 root process.

Step 3: Similar like Method 1, reboot OnePlus 6 into TWRP recovery mode.

Note: If you are not able to boot into recovery, use Recovery Reboot app from Google Play Store.

Step 4: Tap on Install button present on the TWRP main menu.

Step 6: Now, jus swipe in right direction to start One Plus 6 root process.
