2) Which firmware file did you flash? What was the firmware (CSC) version? For e.g. S908BOXM2BVJA

I did wipe cash but still restarting, I went yestrday to the shop and they advised to send it back to SAMSUNG.

Did you take a backup of your device before updating? I am asking this because if you have then you should try wiping the data/factory reset option.
If you’ll go to Samsung then they might flash another / same firmware and factory reset the phone.
