- Backup your important phone data and settings. This is essential as everything gets deleted in this process.

Steps to install Android 10 on Samsung Galaxy S10:
Step 1: Download Android 10 firmware.
Step 2: Extract the downloaded file on your computer.
Step 3: Switch off your Galaxy S10 completely.
Step 4: Now restart it into downloading mode. For that, press and hold Volume Down key + Power Button simultaneously.
Leave both the keys as soon as you see a warning message as follows.
Step 5: To continue, press Volume Up key.

Step 6: Using USB cable, connect your phone to computer.
Step 7: Download Odin tool.
Step 8: Open the downloaded Odin flash tool.
Verify whether the ID: COM section is turned light blue or not. This will confirm a successful connection between your phone and computer.
Note: If such thing doesn’t happen then install Samsung USB drivers again. If the problem still persists, change USB cable or USB port.
Step 9: Moreover, check Auto Reboot and F.Reset Time options as shown below.
Note: Do NOT tick any other options.
Step 10: Click the BL button now. Then browse and select firmware package file with ‘BL’ in its name.
Step 11: Similarly click on CP button and select ‘CP’ file.
Step 12: Then tap the CSC button and select firmware file with ‘HOME_CSC’ in its name.
Note: HOME_CSC contains instruction that allows Odin to only wipe cache while Normal CSC contains an instruction to wipe out complete data. But when a downgrade is done (example: from Pie back to Nougat) a factory reset is must. So use normal CSC at that time.
Step 13: Now click on USERDATA button and select ‘USERDATA’ file.
Note: Ignore this step if there is no such file.
Step 14: Finally click on AP button and select ‘AP’ file from the firmware package.
Note: The AP file will take more time to load.
Step 14: Let’s start the Android 10 Samsung Galaxy S10 flashing process now. For that, press the Start button as shown below.
This will initiate the actual Galaxy S10 Android 10 firmware flashing process.
Note: Your mobile will automatically restart now. Do NOT disconnect USB cable from PC.
